Synchronisation of all OS version on Cisco C3530 switches. Expected outage 5 minutes. Affects all network connectivity to the Floor.

Interuption to internet services during scheduled maintenance to internet links.

Affected sites: Sir Owen Dixon Chambers, Elizabeth Street Chambers.
A full power shut down will occur for the installation of electrical meters and for the routine maintenance of the buildings main circuit breakers. The internet connectivity will be restored on saturday morning.
28 December 2006 between 10:00 and 12:00
Affected sites: Wenthworth Level 3 and 5.
During this time we will replace some hardware on the link between the StJames Hall building and the Wentworth Level 5 floor. All traffic will be routed via the backup link to Wentworth Level 9.

Affected sites: All sites.
Replacement of one of the core routers in the StJames Hall building. It will cause an interrupt on all the links towards remote buildings and on the SJH building.

Power outage in the MLC Centre. No network connectivity will be available during the day. (This is a tuesday)

During a 30 minute period the above window our primary internet link will be interrupted for upgrades by our uplink.
The backup links will take over the traffic, but there will be a couple of minutes during which the traffic is being rerouted.

During two five minute periods, the Cisco Call Manager system will be unavailable due to a hardware upgrade. All active calls will be lost, but new calls will be routed via the backup server.

During a 30 minute period the above window our primary internet link will be interrupted for upgrades by our uplink.

Affected sites: deskfax service.
During a fifteen minute window in the above time period the deskfax service will be interrupted for a software upgrade on the server. No faxes will be able to be received, no faxes will be able to be sent.

During a thirty minute period in the above window our primary internet link will be interrupted for upgrades by our uplink.
The backup links will take over the traffic, but there will be a couple of minutes during which the traffic is being rerouted.

Affected sites: All users of the BarNet VoIP system.
The telephone system will be reconfigured to use four digits extensions for the phone system. During the change the internal three digit extensions might or might not work. After the change, all numbers starting with 5xx and 6xx will be accessible as 85xx and 86xx.

Affected sites: Wentworth Chambers, level 3 and level 5.
Emergency hardware replacement for the server on Wentworth Chambers level 5. For about an hour the data and VoIP network will be not available.
26 August 2006 between 10:00 and 12:00
Affected sites: Wentworth building level 3, 5 and 9.
We need to replace a piece of hardware on the server in Wentworth Chambers level 9. The outage will be less than a minute during this window. Active calls through the VoIP network will be interrupted and drop out, but for the other services there will be no noticable interruption.
26 August 2006 between 10:00 and 12:00
Affected sites: Martin Place Chambers, Banco Chambers.
In a fifteen minute outage period during this window we will upgrade the server which handles the traffic in the Reserve Banc of Australia building.
11 August 2006 between 19:00 and 19:30
Affected sites: Internal websites.
Memory upgrade of the machine running the internal websites.
